Restaurant Name:秀川日本料理 Teppanyaki
Address:Olympiad Commercial Plaza, Southwest Side of the Intersection of Binshui West Road and Lingbin Road, Nankai District, Tianjin, China
Restaurant Introduction:

Teppanyaki originated in Japan. In Japanese, the word “Teppanyaki” (てっぱんやき) means “grilling on an iron plate.” It is not just a cooking method but also a spectacular live show. Under the chef’s waving spatula, flames leap, ingredients sizzle on the hot iron plate, releasing tempting aromas, offering diners a triple feast for taste, smell, and sight.
Diner Reviews:
“his restaurant has been open for eight years now, and I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been here. The ingredients are definitely on par with Dayu’s, and it offers great value for money. Everyone should come and try it – you won’t be disappointed!”

“I randomly decided to try this teppanyaki place in Ao Cheng, and wow — what a nice surprise! The menu is huge. The sashimi, sweet shrimp, salmon — all really good quality. The oysters: raw ones are so fresh they taste sweet, and the grilled ones are creamy and buttery with that sea flavor. The beef tongue is grilled just right — tender, juicy, coated in sauce, super flavorful. I can’t believe you can get such fresh Japanese all-you-can-eat in Tianjin. The place is cozy too, and totally worth the money!”
