Diner Reviews:

“The set menu is great value — the two-person meal is more than enough to fill you up. We were lucky to get a private room this time, which offered a nice, secluded environment — perfect for business talks. The ingredients were fresh; the black abalone, steak, and prawns all tasted excellent. Chef Xiao was very talkative and patient in answering all our questions, and his teppanyaki skills were superb. At the end, there was even a flambéed ice cream performance. I’d give this restaurant a 9 out of 10.”

“Finally tried 麦 MUGI Teppanyaki and was blown away! The black-and-gold decor screams luxury. Live Boston lobster was perfectly firm and chewy — amazing with the cheese. Grain-fed filet mignon was tender and juicy, cooked just right. The chef’s live performance was a highlight, and dishes like duck liver & caviar steamed egg and French-style soup were all delicious. Excellent value — highly recommend!”
