Centered around the "counter" concept, the restaurant allows guests to sit right in front of the chef and watch as he skillfully prepares each course using seasonal ingredients.At around 300 RMB per person, diners can enjoy a lavish tasting journey—from exquisite appetizers like scallop with sea urchin and yuzu vinegar jelly, and slow-cooked octopus, to a series of sushi including kelp-marinated sweet shrimp, ark shell, and yellowtail, and culminating in the rich, fatty indulgence of the "tuna trio" (akami, chutoro, and otoro). The full Omakase menu features a total of 14 courses. The restaurant offers a clean, comfortable environment with private rooms available. The waitresses were very warm and attentive, and the chef was highly skilled—he even asked if the flavours suited our taste, which really added to the overall experience. The entire meal flow was extremely satisfying, absolutely satisfying! I loved it!
The ambiance is wonderful, the service is attentive, and the ingredients are exceptionally fresh—especially the eel rice and sea urchin, which are so good I could eat them every day for a week. It's a great choice for gatherings with friends, business dinners, or even dining solo. Truly the best Japanese food in Shenzhen! I only thought to take photos after finishing everything—that's how delicious it was.
