Restaurant Name:PAKU Teppanyaki
Address:5th Floor, Plaza 66, No. 1266 West Nanjing Road, Nanjing West Road Subdistrict, Jing’an District, Shanghai, China
Restaurant Introduction:

PAKU reinvents the traditional teppanyaki experience by incorporating creative elements from Japanese and Western cuisine, while still using premium ingredients. The chef presents the cooking process live, tailoring dishes to the day’s freshest ingredients and each diner’s preferences, following the traditional Japanese culinary philosophy of “omakase” — letting the chef decide what you eat.
Diner Reviews:

“Really fresh sashimi! The teppan shrimp, bite-sized wagyu, and steak were all perfect. The chef is super nice — apparently he worked in Japan for many years, and he’s willing to tweak the dishes a bit to suit your taste. Overall a wonderful meal. Highly recommend this omakase!”
“Really didn’t disappoint. The atmosphere is elegant and very different from the old Columbia Circle location — much more Japanese in style. Service is still incredibly attentive and thoughtful, and they actually ask about your taste preferences. Food quality is as good as ever. Great experience all around. A place that clearly cares about what it does, and more people should know about it. Can’t wait to see next season’s menu!”
