“Honestly, this is my number one restaurant in Xiamen. The food is still as good as ever — you can tell they really put effort into every dish. The teppanyaki is cooked right in front of you, and the chef explains everything. I love their prawns — so fresh, and with that special sauce, it’s just amazing. The foie gras and caviar steamed egg is super delicate — mix it all together and the texture is so unique. The snow beef roll is super tender too, stuffed with veggies and caviar — so rich and tasty.”
“This place is a classic, high-end teppanyaki spot. Service is solid — no issues at all. We sat at the counter, and the chef was super nice — honestly, nothing to fault. He kept letting us know when the texture would be best and which part to eat. Really looked after us, very thoughtful with all the little details, and asked what we thought about each dish too. The lobster was good, but the other dishes could use some more work and new ideas.”
