The restaurant boasts a vibrant atmosphere, with chefs cooking live right at the teppanyaki grill. The newly opened 泉歌Teppanyaki on the third floor of Langfang Wanda Plaza is clean, bright, and has a pleasant dining atmosphere. We came as customers during their opening promotion, and the restaurant must have made a significant investment—especially since its predecessor was Shan Zhichuan. The menu covers grilled meats, seafood, desserts, and drinks, offering a wide variety. The meats are tender and flavourful, and there is sashimi as well. The replenishment of dishes is fairly quick, though the offerings have been adjusted compared to the set menu for two at their older location. The staff cleared plates promptly, and the overall service was very attentive. All in all, it’s quite a high‑end and classy establishment.
The staff at the newly opened restaurant were all very welcoming. We arrived early and were immediately shown to a booth—the atmosphere was really nice and the place was spotless. Although the teppanyaki grill counter is open‑air, there was no lingering smell of smoke or grease indoors. Dishes and utensils were also cleared away promptly.
