There's a teppanyaki restaurant on the 4th floor of Xihuanli. My partner had wanted to try it even before it opened, but we kept putting it off because of other things. We finally made it there and gave it a try – and it truly lived up to our expectations!
Tieban Wanjia is very easy to find—it's located in the newly opened Xihuanli Commercial Plaza. It's a really nice little teppanyaki restaurant. The waitstaff are warm and attentive, and you can enjoy watching the chef cook right in front of you while you eat. The place offers not only teppanyaki but also a variety of buffet-style dishes, including fried snacks, porridge, and cold appetizers—in short, a wide selection.
