I bought a group deal for a Cantonese meal for 5–6 people and reserved a private room in the Lotus Hall on the third floor in advance. The room was very spacious, divided into a lounge area and a dining area, and even had a private restroom—I was very pleased. The set meal was generous in portion and delicious in taste, and the service was quite attentive; they announced the name of each dish as it was served.
The food tasted good, and the portions were generous. We arrived quite late. Although the hotel is large, there weren't many diners—maybe because people assume big hotels are expensive. The dishes we ordered came to just over 1,000 yuan. It was fine, worth the price.
