Restaurant Introduction:

鹤隐半山 Teppanyaki

In Chinese culture, the crane symbolizes elegance, longevity, and detachment from the world. The name “Hè Yǐn Bàn Shān” (Crane Hidden Mid-Mountain) brings to mind cranes appearing in misty hills — suggesting a peaceful, nature‑returning lifestyle away from noise. It can also imply a quiet, unpretentious quality. The interior uses natural wood, simple and elegant. Warm lighting creates a cozy atmosphere, making you feel like you’re relaxing in the woods, enjoying a carefree, idyllic time.

Diner Reviews:

“Wagyu hot pot near Xingfu Temple. The little courtyard is super cozy, and there’s a lovely cat — anyone who loves furry friends will adore this place. The dipping sauces are all quite tasty, and the beef quality is really good. The luncheon meat is probably the chunkiest I’ve ever had at a hot pot restaurant — super satisfying. The sukiyaki broth is light yet flavorful. Highly recommended!”

“The place is really hidden — super private. It’s great for hanging out with friends or company team-building. This is my second time here, and compared to last time, they’ve actually added teppanyaki and stir-fried dishes. I tried some local specialties — they taste just okay, nothing amazing. But the beef quality is pretty good — I couldn’t stop eating it. It’s one hot pot per person, so you can eat however you like.”
